Every citizen of Ukraine aged 40 and over — wherever you are registered or live. Once you have turned 40, you can apply at any time.
Nothing for you. Once you apply, the state credits 2,000 hryvnias to your Diia.Card, and that is the card you pay with at the clinic.
Apply in the Diia app — Services → State support → Health screening — and open a Diia.Card. The money arrives within 7 days. Without a smartphone, an administrative service centre files the application for you.
They must be spent within 2 months of arriving on the card. After that, unused funds return to the state budget automatically.
The results of every test and the doctor’s personal recommendations on what to do next — the same day.
